Maureen has been an excellent real estate agent for my wife and I. She has represented us in the buying of vacant land (negotiating with a tough seller) as well as listing and selling our home. She has a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience which makes the selling and buying process much smoother. Maureen sets realistic expectations for the selling process and then delivers. We listed our home just before Thanksgiving and had an acceptable offer in four days. She is very organized and responsive. Both my wife and I would highly recommend Maureen for anyone looking to sell or purchase on Bainbridge Island . Jason Davis
Ed and Maureen have helped us with four transactions (twice as the buyer and twice as the seller) and we think the world of them. Bainbridge is a unique place and they are truly Bainbridge experts. They also know design and the nuts and bolts of houses and are up front about what you should do to get the most for your dollar and are invaluable in helping hire the right service people to close a deal. They are the perfect combo of savvy and honest negotiators while keeping their clients' needs and emotions as the priority. They are truly fantastic. The Von Rohrs
Ed Buckley is extremely client service oriented. He patiently showed us houses on Bainbridge Island over 1.5 years as we worked through our apprehension of being ferry dependent. Along the way, there were a few houses that interested us that Ed advised against buying with very sound reason. We were most appreciative! Finally, we fell in love with a house that was under construction. Rather than wait for it to hit the market, Ed worked with the listing agent and builder to get a right of first refusal for us. That was huge! During the remaining construction period, Ed met us at the house innumerable times so we could see how the house was coming along, attend to changes we wanted to make, and even to show it to our son who was in town for a very short period of time. Ed is a fabulous negotiator and made sure we were happy with all aspects of the house. He stayed actively involved from the day we decided to buy until we closed. His knowledge of construction and appliances and overall aesthetic really helped us to end up with our dream home. Along the way, we developed a friendship which we will enjoy for years to come.
